Contracts Manager with 25 year experience in commercial flooring

| Key skills: | Familiar with Health and Safety requirements within the construction industry IT literate with a knowledge of Microsoft Office software Able to deal with customer enquiries and maintain good client relationships Ability to work on own initiative as well as a member of a team Good problem solving skills The ability to meet deadlines Willing to re-train with the ability to pick up new tasks promptly Successfully ran business in partnership for 20 years Secured large contracts with major building contractors eg Leeds/Bradford Airport extension and Stoke Mandeville Hospital new block Regularly managed budgets in the region of J100K Attendance at initial pre-contract meetings and agreement of sub-contract documents Site surveys, production of drawings, ordering materials and arranging delivery schedules Providing estimates and quotations Producing interim valuations and agreeing variations through to final account Organising in-house labour and sub-contractors to carry out the work Producing daily work schedules and recording and monitoring progress to ensure schedules are achieved Full, clean driving licence |
