| Job description: | Our client, a specialised plastics manufacturer serving a variety of international industrial markets is now looking for a tenacious, dynamic and results driven Sales Manager to join their existing business in Kent. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for both the development of new business and increasing sales revenue within existing accounts throughout the whole of the UK, selling their stair nosing and associated products to the flooring and construction markets including Architects, Specifiers, large civil contractors and flooring distributors. Our client is either looking for individuals who have proven commercial experience in selling floor products, particularly stair nosings to the above marketplace or alternatively would consider individuals who can demonstrate sales development growth of a product or service into the above markets. Our client is looking for individuals with a flexible, can-do attitude, a self starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision. This position comes with a basic salary in the region of 28,000 - 40,000 depending on the individual + bonus scheme based on sales revenue and a fully expensed Company Car. |
