The directors of this firm are a local family by the name of Burt, over the last 5 years this family have gone bust 5 times costing creditors over J1million.

The companies they have had all from the same address are Jbb homes Ltd, evoco construction Ltd, the flooring company nw Ltd, and laminate flooring direct.

Recently purchased new stair floor coverings from this Company. They have no idea about carpet or floor products. Have been trading previously at the same address as The Flooring Company NW Ltd which went into creditors voluntary liquidation with the same directors and family under three months ago. The new name change has not produced a single improvement to their performance. I was unhappy with their advice and product supplied but they refused me a refund.

This company also runs two further companies on the internet under different trade names, one on Amazon and the other on E-bay. Bottom line, if you get a problem you will hit a brick wall, I Have now got to take them to the small claims court to get a redress. I wish I had not walked through their doors; everything becomes transparent in hindsight.
