Consistently good work over the last ten years - fitting parquet, pre finished planks and sanding/oiling. No complaints whatsoever.

Hitt Oak were professional and diligent throughout the planning and fitting process. During the job they worked tidily, creating very little disruption and leaving the place clean and dust free every day. We are very happy with the new floor which was completed quicker than we had expected.

We have been very pleased with the service and installation of our new oak floor. Initially we were shown various options and then provided a clear and detailed quotation. The installation was very efficient and professional and we were very pleased with the advice about caring for the floor. All in all a fast and friendly and high quality job and the floor looks great.

"The team from Hitt Oak recently installed a new Parquet floor in our lounge and I cannot praise them enough. From the initial planning and costing phase, reviewing samples and advising us on the best finish for our room, their level of customer service was excellent throughout. The installation was carried out over three days and was completed to a really high standard. For example, his included cutting into the skirting boards around the room for a better finish at the edges, rather than the quicker but less polished route of hiding the edges with beading The team worked efficiently and always tidied up as they went, so the disruption was minimal. The final result is fantastic and we would recommend Hitt Oak if you have a flooring project in mind." Justyn Gidley Feb 2021

The team at Hitt Oak were highly professional and clearly listened to our brief. We had a dividing wall removed which resulted in the original wood floor also being removed and they managed to find the exact wood to replace the missing area. The wood was sanded and stained exactly as we requested, and on time. There were one or two areas which needed touching up and they quickly returned to cover up any gaps. Would highly recommend the Hitt Oak team.

Great service from the whole team at Hitt Oak. They listened to us, no sales pressure, nothing too much trouble, very personal helpful service. The team who fitted the floor were brilliant: happy pleasant men doing a professional job. The finished result looks even better than I hoped. OK, it's expensive. but definitely worth it because of the customer service, attention to detail, their 'nothing is a problem' attitude and the great finished product. Thank you to Egis and the team
