Bespoke Wood Flooring

Our bespoke flooring service creates made-to-order solutions tailored to individual spaces. Using FSC-certified timber, we craft unique patterns and finishes that reflect personal style while maintaining structural integrity. Each design undergoes rigorous quality checks at our North London factory before installation.

Engineered Hardwood

Our engineered hardwood combines traditional aesthetics with modern stability. Multi-layer construction resists humidity changes, making it suitable for underfloor heating and basement installations. Available in 190mm wide planks and various finishes for both contemporary and classic interiors.

Parquet Installation

Specialist installation of geometric parquet patterns including herringbone, chevron, and bespoke designs. Our craftsmen ensure precise alignment and seamless transitions between different wood grades and colours, creating statement floors for luxury properties.

Commercial Flooring

Tailored flooring solutions for hospitality, retail, and office spaces. We supply and install durable wood flooring that meets commercial traffic requirements while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Projects include installations at Curzon Cinema and Heathrow Terminal 2.

My experience with Jordan Andrews has been extremely poor. I have made every effort to work with Stavros but the customer service is atrocious - missed appointments, calls and emails not returned, promises made and never delivered etc etc. I can't even say I am happy with the product - the wood scratches and marks so easily, I've never experienced anything like it and feel like there was a fault/error in the manufacturing / treating process.

At the very least I would have expected advice at the point of sale if this particular floor had these attributes as I never would have purchased it. I've been trying to resolve this with Stavros now for approx. 10 weeks but it's clear to me he's not interested - perhaps because I'm female? Avoid.

Just had my loft extended and had both sections re-floored by Jordan Andrews. Am absolutely delighted with the results. Both the guys who installed, Karl & Martin have done some very high quality work and were a pleasure to have in to do the install. The range of woods and patterns on offer in the Crouch End showroom was great and customer service all around has been really good. Would have no problem recommending anyone wanting hardwood flooring to go with JA.
