CF Services has been providing furniture and flooring solutions to local authorities, housing associations and caring organisations since 1997. Our aim is to provide a single source of quality domestic furnishings - all to meet a budget set by our customers. Our head office is East Kilbride where we have a 13000 sq ft warehouse and our North East office in Kirkcaldy, Fife where we have 5000 sq ft.This allows us to carry sufficient stock to manage our contracts effectively. We have the products, the services - and the people - to meet your contract furnishing and flooring needs, large or small, throughout Scotland.

Our COMPLETE TURNKEY service means just that. We take the keys for a flat or house and make sure everything is ready for the new occupants to move in. If necessary, we'll provide a thorough cleaning service. We take care of all the things that turn a house into a home. And we'll tie in with your timescales.

By working closely with suppliers and manufacturers, we are able to offer bespoke solutions for our customers.

At CF Services, we offer a complete range of cleaning services to meet our customers specific requirements, from standard cleans to needle searches. Our current customers include Housing Associations, Letting Agents, Holiday Let Owners, Builders and Local Authorities. Our ability to work within strict timescales means a fast turnaround, reducing the number of void properties for our clients.

Contracted to provide community care grant products and furnishings, obviously the government sets the budget and the quality of the products could do with improvements, but the actual dealings with cf services was amazing, they phoned in the morning and gave me a time slot, I was able to arrange around there phone call, no hassle service providers

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. The furniture is the cheapest, nastiest most basic you could ever find. The carpets are paper thin and you can feel things digging in to your feet as you walk. White goods are just as poor. FF and cooker are the cheapest you can find anywhere but shockingly the cooker was not fitted properly with the safety chain meaning if a small child was to hold on to it and pull themselves up the whole cooker and everything in it and on it would come down on top of them.
This company are a health and safety nightmare. Lastly, I had to deal with a whiny and obnoxious person called Liam who clearly had no understanding of business or customer service which is strange for a person in this role. My guess is he's there through nepotism as someone with his nasty attitude would not last two minutes in a customer facing role if he wasn't. I
