I received excellent, very professional service from the start to finish also good communication. Superb showroom, well stocked with every quality of products. Richard helped me to choose the products and gave me couple of quotations depending on what I wanted to do. He also carried out a home visit to measure. The fitter Stuart was excellent, trustworthy, reliable and tidy. He carried out the work quick and to the highest standard. I totally recommend GFI company.

Excellent and prompt service from start to finish. We received very helpful advice and were able to take sample books home to check. The measuring up and ideas provided for dealing with some tricky shapes provided the answers to some questions we had. The fitting team were prompt and did a great job laying the carpets and tidying up thoroughly after the job. I certainly recommend you give Go Floor It the chance to quote for your flooring needs.

Front of shop staff have been very helpful and professional. They took their time to explain differences in products. They gave me samples to take home and make decisions. They arranged a time to measure up at my convenience. So far an excellent service.

Fabulous service from Go Floor It as usual! Professional advice from Richard in the showroom, we are really happy with our Brampton Chase floor, very helpful fitter who was happy to change the pattern of the lay at the last minute. Would highly recommend these guys :

If I had written this review eight months ago it would have been 4+ stars but unfortunately their after sales service left a lot to be desired. I spent more than 12k with this company and chose them because of promises that they would always fix any issues. We had the whole house re done earlier this year The fitting team were excellent and carried on with the work despite the covid lock down being announced the day after they had laid the latex.

Unfortunately my gripe is that they have taken 8 months to arrange the replacement of a door threshold strip which was too short. This was meant to be temporary but no one came back to me. I know the shop was closed but I understood that business was open with staff working at home On the occasions I did manage to contact a fitter or a store manager, they were very apologetic and promised several times to sort this out.

In this time there have been several appointments agreed and no one turned up, and long periods of complete silence The work is now complete but It is unfortunate that this has really soured the entire experience.

Just a note to say how pleased we are with our carpet and the service received from you and the fitters. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend your company. Thanks again
