Yes, we'll match any like-for-like quote for identical products and quantities. Simply provide written evidence from another UK flooring company.
What payment terms do you require?
We ask for 50% deposit before ordering materials and 50% final payment upon completion. No separate payments to fitters are required.
Can I supply my own flooring measurements?
While we appreciate your effort, we always conduct our own measurements to ensure accuracy and identify any subfloor preparation requirements before providing quotes.
What areas do you cover for installations?

Lovely new carpet, good choice of colours and timeframe for delivery was quick! A bit pricey. Fitting could be improved, especially the person installing the carpet could have taken his shoes off (or use shoe covers).

Absolutely first class service. I've tried numerous carpet companies in the past but I have to say Graham lee carpets are at the very top. I've just had my whole house done over a few visits and Lee and his team were the most professional people I've come across in a while. Their attention to detail was something else.
