Critical:Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Tried calling up to check stock for a certain product, if they'd had to stock I wouldn't of bought it, lady on the phone didn't seem interested in any sort of custom, customer service needs improving rapidly.

Rang so many times to cut some logs never got back to me. Drove there after being told they wpuld do them and then got told we dont normally just a general poor service.
