I came here to get my bathroom tiles and Joe has been SO incredibly helpful and kind. He really helped me making a decision sending me lots of options for grout etc and they have an excellent range of samples which i took home. He even delivered me something I needed in a rush himself as he was passing which was so lovely of him. I will be back again next week for our kitchen tiles! Thank you Joe! Super helpful and friendly staff. Prices are competitive for special order and in stock tiles. Having the depo nearby for collection is amazing. I don't know where else in fulham you can order tiles and take them away at the same time. They have saved us time and time again when other suppliers let us down with lead times.

We found some very good value tiles that suited us perfectly very quickly, and were of great quality - we had to have them delivered in two batches - no problem, and when we had to order excess tiles in case of a refit due to some plumbing issues we were able to return them with no quibbles (although I did check this before!). Overall a v good choice and good quality and very quick and easy to order or return. Happy.

I've been shopping here for years, in my capacity as a builder and a property developer. The staff are knowledgable, the range is excellent and well chosen. The vast majority of products are available ex-stock. And they are extremely competitively priced, for similar quality products. For Mapei tile adhesive, I'm not sure it's possible to find it cheaper, even online.
