Strictly trade only suppliers. They do have sample cards and other things but it's only small and 1 staff member on, so please value other tradesmen time. (Note to general public)

The customer service is disturbingly appalling, was left standing without any assistance for some time and when i asked for assistance i was met with a hostile response for no apparent reason. I decided to take my business elsewhere and would highly recommend to anyone NOT to even bother entering the building, unless you like being treated like a second class citizen! STAY CLEAR!

Very extensive collection of products at differing price levels. Some staff could make it a more pleasant experience by being a little more welcoming or trying to smile.

Absolutely fantastic service each an every time! As a Karndean specialist its essential that we have a local supplier we can rely on and that offers a fantastic price. Pennine always have the majority of Karndean requirements covered as well as Polyflor and all subfloor preparation materials and tools. In particular Daz has been outstanding in helping us develop as a business. Andy is brill too! ha Even John the director gets involved and emails us. Pennine really is a great business to work with, really customer focused and undoubtedly the best flooring supplier to the trade, in the North!

Products very good, managed to spend time with me although very busy

Good quality for quickstep floor. The company do not take any unused floor pack return, and not explained in their website, just be careful when you order the floor. In my case, the floor fitter ordered them for me, I had no idea how many packs I need for my floor, in the end I have 2 packs left after the floor is finished, but they do not take any return even they are in original packing, the quickstep floor is very expensive, now they are just wasted in my garage, it seems it is not fair to me

Dealt with Pennine for a long time and always received an excellent level of service. Reliable supplier who always goes the extra mile, would highly recommend.

Brilliant and friendly service. SHOCKED by other reviews as I have never experienced any issues with the Sales/Customer service team & delivery man is more than helpful.

Their customer service is just about as bad as it gets. They've been rude to me and the customers I've sent in over the years. My advice is to go in find something you like and get the code. Then go and buy it on the an Internet site.
