A big thank you for all your help and the professional way in which the matter has now been resolved. We are delighted for a second time in choosing such experts and the floors far surpass expectation. Roger and Fay Oates have been designing and hand producing their uniquely smart, simple and classic pure wool Venetian Flatweave rugs and runners for over twenty years.

Continuing a striped theme this week and such an amazing change. Our latest installation Roger Oates Moritz Multi uses a lively spectrum of colours in this popular design to look simply beautiful.

The Polished Floor & Carpet Company of Leamington Spa was established in 1999 and specialises in luxury flooring for both residential premises and individual shops, bars and restaurants. The business has developed a loyal following of clients based on the quality of our design and our attention to detail.

Showroom

Our Regent Street showroom is situated just 150 metres from the Royal Priors car park in the centre of Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. There is also on-street parking available close by. The showroom contains a wide selection of flooring and carpets, with free samples available to take away. Payment can be made by cheque, cash or by most major credit cards, either by telephone or in store.
