Karndean fitted to the entire downstairs of a new build property. We’re really pleased with the fitting of Karndean to our hallway, dining room & kitchen. Very neat job, looks great as it runs through the back of the house. A much better fitting than we had in our previous house from another firm.

I've had a few different jobs completed by this company. Carpets were all fitted as I would have liked, and I found all the people I dealt with courteous and friendly and jobs completed to my satisfaction. The most recrent job was a Karndean floor with was also an excellent job. I need more flooring doing in the near future, and will definitely be returning here

Turned up a day late to fit Laminate floors, had to ring round to see what was going on after waiting in all morning. Carpets fitted a few days after, left a big ripple in it. Kept ringing for weeks for someone to fix it, waiting in on several days only for no one to turn up. Finally got the fitter out to restretch the carpet but the ripple is still there looking as awful as ever. Laminate is nice quality though. The manager is nice and pleasant but some of the staff are rude and intimidating over the phone as someone mentioned below

We bought carpet for 2 bedrooms, landing and stairs. Tony arrived and set to work, What an extraordinary bloke he is. He started the work immediately and never stopped until he had completed what we can only say was a mammoth task for him. He is a master craftsman 100% and we would recommend both Tony and Carpet Design to anyone thinking of getting new carpets.
