Quite honestly both Scott and Chris could not have been more help, from helping me with my lack of understanding of laminate underlay, to finding a solution when the site refused to accept payment. All was quickly sorted out with a couple of quick phone calls and delivery arranged 4 days later. I would certainly use this company again if just for the efficiency of their telesales staff.

Personally I can not praise this business enough for how they have helped me and my partner whilst doing up our house. We have not been the easiest customers due to forgetting to order certain parts and then requiring additional tiles etc but Gareth has been excellent in customer service and response times. I will be recommending this company to anyone that asks where our floor tiles were from!

Very pleased how easy it has been to order a specific flooring needed for a current project most companies online don’t allow you to order direct without contacting the seller for email or phone contact before buying or are restricted to a minimum order. As I only needed a small section to allow an opening into another room this was so helpful.

I was unable to order my flooring online and concerned that there may not be enough stock. I telephoned and my call was answered straight away. A very helpful man (sorry I didn’t get his name) confirmed that there was plenty of stock and created a basket for me, sent me a link and I was able to confirm the order and pay within 5 minutes of calling.

Requested sample received very quick, called the Leeds office and spoke to the staff who were very helpful, they forwarded a link to the online ordering portal and I entered payment details and address. Received confirmation withing seconds. Very easy, no hassel just waiting delivery which is a couple of days

I have no officially ordered anything or this website yet, but all I can say is the prices compared to other places are much better, talking 5-6 pound difference per m2, just ordered some samples of flooring as this website also seems to have not only cheaper prices but way more options for flooring than others, hopefully when the free samples come I will like one of them :) and order.

I have had my Soho Wardour Oak laminated flooring down for six months now in my new kitchen diner and I m so happy with it.
