Cannot rate Paul and his team highly enough. Brilliant advice from the start (when we didn't even know what type of wood to consider - we opted for reclaimed wood), impeccable skill and workmanship of the installation and amazing finish. The attention to detail and professionalism throughout the whole process was superb. Our parquet floor looks absolutely beautiful. Couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Absolutely phenomenal job from Paul and his team, could not recommend them enough. From the get go, Paul was outstanding in communication and got the job done quickly and efficiently for a good price. Paul even went above and beyond for me as after his job was done, I decided to get my downstairs bathroom retiled which then meant the threshold Paul fitted previously in the hallway didnt fit anymore. I messaged him asking if he knew where I could get a new threshold from as all the ones I found werent wide enough and he couldnt find one wide enough either so CUSTOM MADE me a new one to fit the new door frame - absolutely exceptional customer service. If you dont opt for Paul and his team at FloorOx youre mad - thank you so much FloorOx for your service, youre honestly amazing.

After getting several quotes for the floor restoration and sanding of our Victorian floorboards, we decided to go with Floor OX because of the professional impression Paul gave us and the clarity with which he explained the whole process and our options. We were not mistaken. We were very impressed with the way Paul and Liam organised themselves and carried out the work. Super hard working, knowledgeable, reliable and putting in the extra bit that makes the difference, they exceeded our expectations. They were by far the best contractors we hired for our small house refurb and needless to say, we were very happy with the end result. Money well spent.

I have used a few floor sanding companies over the years but Paul and his team at FloorOX are the best. We had a solid oak floor laid by a builder who did a bad job. It was uneven, had gaps and some loose boards. Paul did an amazing job at putting it right. He had some great suggestions on how to fix some elements of it. Did the work on time, with no mess what-so-ever and no dust. I was meant to write this review a few months ago and remembered this morning when I looked at the floor and thought to myself how amazing it still looks.

Paul provided an excellent service. Our floor looks brand new- incredible! He was extremely professional, came round to give us an idea of colour options and finishes a week before he began the work. He then started the work a week later. He is the most efficient man I have ever met- sanded/painted with three coats all in a days work! Absolutely brilliant job, I would recommend Paul to anyone.
