I have now bought 2 carpets and one amount of underlay with 3 separate deliveries. The service has been very straightforward. I picked my own preferred delivery dates and the deliveries were in the time slots indicated at the start of the day. Delivery drivers were very helpful in getting the carpet to the required location. Really good service!

Website user friendly and price was definitely competitive. My only gripe is about delivery times. The website asks you what day youd like delivery and says they do their best but you cant be guaranteed the date. I indicated the 11/9/23, however it came before the end of august approximately 2 weeks before the date chosen. It was delivered when they said it would be and I understand it may not have been economical to deliver at my chosen date.
That is my only gripe otherwise it would have got 5*. For me it was a descent company delivering the product I wanted and cheaper than other places and free delivery. Id use them again.

I purchase vinyl click flooring recently, first time ive used it. Product came quickly it was well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to fit as long as u take your time and treat it with some care. I would recommend it as it looks like it will last for years. Not the cheapest product but u only get what u pay for, buy cheap pay twice.

Pricing was on point, the ordering process and subsequent communications was 100%.
There was a problem on delivery day when the driver came with completely the wrong flooring, but one phone call sorted the issue out and the correct flooring promptly re-delivered the following morning - just a simple loading error at the distributors.
Mistakes do happen unfortunately and what counts is what is done to sort them out and on that score, I cannot fault Flooring Hut

Ordered quite easily, chat facility was very helpful in helping with glue required. Polyflor arctic slate.
Flooring was reasonably priced, delivered on time and looks fab. I had a full box left over which I returned for a refund. Only disappointing aspect was I had to pay for and organise the return courier (10+) but as the box was worth over 50 it was worth it. Im sure a company like Flooring Hut could have arrangements with a courier service to offer cheaper deals to facilitate returns.

From choosing our new flooring on the easy to use website, through selecting the right quantities of everything we needed, including the adhesive, and placing an order was a very easy process. The pricing was highly competitive and the delivery very quick and professional. I will definitely use Flooring Hut again.

Materials also in great condition. Have used Flooring Hut twice already now & will definitely use again in the future if necessary!!

Very highly rated. Deliveries were efficient and the price was the best I could find online. After trying the vinyl tiles in my kitchen and realising the colour didn't work they made the effort to arrange collection and send another alternative. Communication was good and the difference in price was promptly refunded.

Absolutely brilliant! Fantastic service from start to finish. I needed the flooring delivered on a next day and Paul and his colleagues saw this through and was delivered lunchtime the next day. There was a slight difference in colour from what we were expecting (nothing to do with flooring hut, this is a manufacture issue), but Paul dealt with it quickly and efficiently - he was on it immediately. The after care is one of the best Ive experienced in a long time. Thank you guys! I will be ordering from here again. Vanessa.
