Kai and Harry have both worked for me. A full carpet upstairs and wooden floor downstairs. They are so reliable, the guys on their team are above and beyond. They are fast and kind and so tidy too. I would give 6 stars if I could. The finish is brilliant both carpet and wood floor; they moved my furniture around with respect to get access and were so diligent with everything. Even getting phone calls after to check I was happy. Efficient, kind, reliable and professional. I couldnt recommend them highly enough

Kai and his team did an amazing job replacing the carpets with LVT across two entire floors of our house. Kai also massively helped us out and was accommodating when we changed our mind on the planks we chose and also when there was a leak issue which meant they had to come back a different day to finish the job. The quality of their work is very high and we are super happy with the results. Kai and his team were punctual, professional and polite. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Smyth Carpets enough. We had our upstairs carpeted and are very pleased with the results. We then had LVT laid downstairs. Kai, Lewis & Tom were hardworking, helpful & professional. We are so pleased with the finished product. If youre looking for flooring, give Smyth Carpets a call. They are also reasonably priced.

I didnt believe the reviews. They seemed too good to be true - but having had carpets laid in all bedrooms, I can now safely say the Smyth carpet team are all truly top notch. If Google had a 6 option - I would definitely go for that. In fact 100 s wouldnt be enough! I was probably a tricky customer, changing my mind about colour and carpet type, choosing a different colour in each room, asking for split timings for the fittings, wanting to vacuum thoroughly before and after laying - but nothing felt like too much trouble for Harry and the team. The furniture moving service was a life-saver. I wouldnt have managed it otherwise. Good, old-fashioned personal customer service combined with a great price is a winning combo. I couldnt be more delighted or recommend more highly. Thanks so much guys!

The company offers a professional service and great advice. The LVT floor has given us a fresher look and much lighter rooms. We cannot fault the professional attention to detail, especially as the area is 68sqms, a lot of floor. The new floor gives a rich warmth to hallway, living room and dinning area. Easy maintenance to the carpet we had. Our thanks to Kai and his team of fitters and Andy Smyth carpets. I highly recommend the company, just our stairs and landing to see carpet. I was recommended Smyth carpets from my regular and trusted John Bayley carpets as I wanted LVT. A pleasure working with Kai and his team as they laid the hallway today and will get them back for kitchen, plus lounge and dinner. Clean, tidy and respectful team of fitters, arrived first thing, fixed old floor boards, cut wood sheeting, fixed secure before laying the LVT with great attention to detail. Job site left clean tidy and definitely recommend them for LVT advice and fitting. On a plus note, all the team were easy on the eye

Kai and the team were super-helpful and engaged throughout the whole process. We had a fairly big job that we needed sorting quickly and these guys really went the extra mile to get us some great dates that worked perfectly for us! We had LVT laid downstairs and carpets upstairs. Kai was easy to talk to, patient and answered all of our questions whilst we were deciding on colours/carpet type etc.
The end results look amazing and we really couldnt be happier. The carpets are tight to the walls and even throughout. The hard flooring looks clean and really elevates our space. We would use these guys again in a heartbeat but theyve done such a good job I dont think well need to! Cant recommend enough, really glad we chose Smyths Carpets

I highly recommend this company. Harry guided us in choosing the right carpet for our needs and space and we could not be happier with the result. Communication was fantastic throughout and on the day of fitting the fitters were brilliant; very polite and got the job done quickly! The quality of the fit is perfect. We couldnt be happier with the finish and fit of our stair runner too. We will definitely be using this company again for any future flooring.

We just got our first house and the carpets were gross so they needed changing. After being quoted over the moon from a big brand shop getting a quote from Smyth carpets was a fantastic result. Harry came round with samples for me to see and went over the pros and cons of different types of carpets. It was so nice to have have someone who know about it all help me find what was best for our house . Rather than just a salesman. Harry came round with a team an din about just over an hour they were done one our 3 rooms .
And I must say they are beautiful and the rooms look so much nicer for it.
I will 100% be getting them back once I need the landing g and stairs doing.

Andy & Harry provided an excellent service, they were patient while we chose, bringing numerous options and discussing their merits. On the day they fitted the carpet, they were efficient and tidy and gave advice on the care of the carpet.

This is the second time using Smythe Carpets to carpet a whole house and the job they did was first class. Harry was so patient between our constant mind changes on colour and the whole process was easy. Much better price than the well known high street showrooms as well! I would definitely be recommending these guys to anyone wanting a good quality carpet installed at really competitive rates!

Harry came out the day after contacting them to measure the areas we wanted replacing & quoted us there & then! On the day, Harry, & his dad were super careful while working in our home (as it had just been decorated) & the end result is just beautiful! Definitely recommended! 5*
