We are a Norwich-based, family-run renovation company focused on delivering organised, high-quality interior improvement projects with clear communication throughout. Refined Interior Finishes is led by Kevin Smith, whose more than 20 years of experience includes kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and full interior refurbishments. Rather than leaving homeowners to coordinate separate trades, we manage the renovation as one connected process. We consider the property, establish the scope and understand how the finished area needs to work on a day-to-day basis before the work begins. Trades, materials, schedules and daily coordination are then managed within the same organised approach. This emphasis on planning and preparation is designed to make the renovation smoother while reducing avoidable issues during the project. We do not believe in rushed work, poor coordination or cutting corners; our priority is proper management and a high standard of finishing.

Our consistent team remains closely involved from planning through completion, enabling us to maintain standards in communication, preparation, workmanship and project coordination.
