Ordered flooring 2 days ago and was delivered today. After realising no one was going to be in at the time of delivery they kindly agreed to adjust the delivery route to accommodate someone being at home to accept delivery. Could not fault them at all. Will be ordering from you again!

Really surprised about customer service bought /order laminate floor 2 days ago its going to be deliver 2days after realised ordered too much than went back to cancel and reduce quantity. Got money back straight away with same discount rate. Thanks

Me and my fiance selected a light grey 12mm laminate last weekend (Rockford oak) and it was fitted to perfection by the shops recommended fitters and looked amazing. Overall really pleased with the price we paid and fitting service.

Southern Cross fitted our wooden flooring 12 years ago and have just been back to fully refurbish. Both original floorboards and engineered oak. They have done an excellent job with great attention to detail. The team of guys here were a pleasure to have working in our home, they were courteous, on time and nothing was too much trouble. Well what can I say, superb. We were nervous about spending the money on restoring the original pine flooring in our Victorian house but we shouldn't have been. It looks great and the team that came I can't praise highly enough. They were professional, accommodating, friendly and really cracked on with it. That being said they checked with us on final touches and were great at advising as well. They even replaced the trim on the door which we hadn't even flagged as an issue. Can't recommend enough!

I'm happy with the flooring and Fitting. The customer service was good. And the quality of the flooring is very good. A guy named vish handled my issue very well. And apu dealt with anything that needed doing. I think they were very professional and did a good job.

Just recently moved into a new property and needed flooring and carpet for the whole house. This company sorted me out without any problem! I didn't need to worry about anything. Such good quality and the most helpful staff. I will definitely be recommending and buying from here again.

Southern Cross Flooring sanded and oiled our existing engineered wood floor and did a fantastic job. They were professional throughout the entire process and the quality of the work is superb. They were flexible in their scheduling and extremely helpful in helping me understand all of the options and finishes available, even advising me to take an approach that was less expensive than I originally thought was necessary. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again. They transformed our floor from being scratched and scuffed to looking like new.

Getting the floor fitted was the final piece in the jigsaw of completing my downstairs area and Southern Cross Flooring did not disappoint! As you can see from the pictures, the floor transforms the room and I am delighted. Herringbone solid wood parquet went down and it looks stunning. I am so glad I went with Southern Cross as the attention to detail is excellent, the team that came Dave & Goran were happy to answer all my questions(!) and most importantly the look is excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a knock out floor. Will definitely use in the future. Thank you!

Great range of laminate & carpets, however very very poor service. The manager is ever so quick to be friendly with you & once payments is made this is where it goes downhill after. I had given Raj prior warning that i was after good work & service otherwise i would inform if not happy. i & my husband was advised by their sales floor gentleman Martin rubbish would be taken, however when i contacted the manager he raised his voice over the phone & said he told me this was never the case. clearly customers are wrong. i Then as advised by MARTIN waste would be taken by the builder at a additional fee the builders labour was 470 we had given 500 but waste not taken. London Flooring chased me for payment of 12 ish for bedding ordered by the laborer who couldn't complete on the day. then advised by Martin if i can wait in the shop for the builder to come so i could take him to my property to complete his job!

Absolutely shocked by this. Then went into the shop to pay 12 i was chased for when their builder had taken 30 EXTRA from us & told by the manager Raj that Martin is now on holiday & would need to check with him when he comes back! i have lived in Thornton Heath a very long time & walked past this place daily. Absolutely disgusted by the way we was dealt with. *****NEVER USE AGAIN AWFUL LEVEL OF SERVICE & MADE TO FEEL WE ARE LIARS*** AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very poor customer service and the manager Raj was extremely rude. We paid over 900 for a carpet fitting and were not given the exact job we wanted. There was poor communication with us on how the final job would look. When we complained to the shop they put all the blame on us and offered no help or compensation. In addition the manager Raj was very rude in how he spoke to us. This is all of course after he has received all his money.

The existing floor that Southern Cross came to work on was like a wonky patchwork quilt, which was quite unsafe given that it was in the middle of an about-to-reopen pub. But their knowledge of how to carefully restore and repair our original pine parquet turned the floor into a stunning centrepiece. The staff were friendly, dedicated and hard working and they perfectly captured the look we were aiming to achieve.

Your words that you provide strong flooring are real and we realised it when we got your solid wood flooring installed at our house. It is very strong and we don't need to look after it with painstaking efforts. Thanks London Flooring!
