We had bathrooms laid with Karndean flooring and three rooms with Cormar carpets. Our first hand experience with this Company is excellent. Professional, attentive, polite and great at keeping us informed. It is rare nowadays to get this kind of service and we are very pleased.

Despite a decent job done, retrospectively, it was hugely inflated price for the job. Lovely administrative staff and professionals to do the work but I would never recommend doing business with Mr Bonomini. Go elsewhere if you can, you'll save money and you'll get reliable, polite communication.

I had a laminate floor fitted by Peter Bonomini Flooring and I'm really happy with it. The room had uneven walls and a difficult entrance but they sorted everything out perfectly. I only have good things to say about Peter Bonomini Flooring. From our first contact with them we received professional and friendly service. Peter helped us with our own indecisiveness when choosing between real wood or Karndean- even suggesting we visit the Karndean showroom - which we did. We chose both as were doing the whole house. His team of fitters were all friendly, diligent and cleaned up as they went.

All of my floors look fantastic especially as now I have seen others who've used the same materials but not had them laid by Peter's team. A couple of people have visited my house and said they wished they had theirs laid by Peter Bonomini Flooring. Peter worked with other tradesmen I had so that everything happened in the right order e.g kitchen installation company, his team took time to understand the needs of all parties. Peter and Carol are a great team and have also been helpful in recommending other local businesses, restaurants etc- really helpful as we are new to Malvern.

So happy with our flooring, we have just had our lounge floor sanded and stained. Peter and his team have done such a superb job, filling each and ever plank. We cannot believe we have no drafts. The lounge is warmer now than when we had carpet. We have used Peter several times over the 12 years we have been in Malvern and each job has been expertly fitted and is still looking as good as new today.

We trust Peter and his team 100% and leave our keys with them so work can be carried out whilst we are away. We are very impressed and we would always highly recommend Peter Bonomini Flooring.

From the day we walked into the showroom to the final visit by Peter to check the work done, their service has been excellent, courteous and professional. We would strongly recommend this firm if only for everyone to experience their thoroughly professional approach.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The people who work at this company ought to be ashamed of themselves: My diabetic father was treated absolutely appallingly by the people who work here. Outside of this company's premises is amble parking which does not have any signs requesting that you do not park here. Seeing this, my father put his car in this parking spot- he was only going to be THREE minutes paying for his MOT at the garage opposite.

During this time, employees of this company aggressively told him that it was private property. My dad replied that there were no signs to say this, and that he would only be a minute or so paying. When he returned, a woman from Bonomini had blocked in his car and refused to move it. My dad was trapped in this spot unable to move for over two hours.

Eventually he had to call the police, wasting valuable resources, to get them move their car. How petty can they be? Due to my father's diabetes, he could have been made seriously ill because of their spiteful childishness. When the police arrived, they made them move the car and told them they were breaking the law and committing anti-social behaviour.

I would encourage people thinking about buying from here to ask themselves if they want to give their hard earned money to such awful people. My poor father found the whole incident very distressing.
