I cannot emphasise enough the outstanding service we received from Deckboard Hardwood flooring. After visiting almost a dozen flooring suppliers looking for a Walnut floor, this company had by far the best selection out there. Jacob was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, patiently working with us for over 6 months to help us find the perfect floorboard.

Once we were ready, he quickly arranged the fitting of the floor, with his guys expertly fitting out floor in under a day. His fitters are really good; they have been at this a long time, gave us very good tips to prepare and maintain our floor (genuinely gave such helpful advice to ensure our floor turned out as good as possible), and finished the job perfectly. Complete 5 star service and product, would recommend to anyone.

I had an amazing job done about 3 years back by Deckboard Hardwood Flooring Centre and when I wanted to buy some more of the same wood to match the service was great. However, its not when things are going well that you know what a company is made of, it's when things go wrong. The manufacturer had slightly changed the colour from 3 years ago, so when the wood didn't match instead of grumbling these guys arranged for a pack of the older colour wood to be searched for in the warehouse & they came back and took the wrong colour and swapped with the correct colour free of charge.

This was not their issue, it was the manufacturers issue - but Deckboard Hardwood Flooring Centre dealt with the issue with speed and grace. Highly recommend for service that counts. Kathy, Tooting

My wife and I used Deckboard Hardwood Flooring Centre for our ground floor and the quality of the asphalt grey engineered wood is incredible. Has worn so well in 2 years and still looks as new as the day we had it installed. We recently used the same engineered wood for our upstairs bedrooms and the quality of the wood is still incredible, transforming the previously carpeted rooms into much tidier and more modern bedrooms instantly.

My biggest surprise, besides it being a pleasure to deal with Jacob and Lesley is the recommended fitter, Aaron. I was very sceptical about using someone I didn't have any references for, but came highly recommended by Jacob. I previously requested quotes from Check-a-trade and it was so difficult getting someone you could have faith in. Jacob advised that it would take only 1 day to complete three bedrooms, to which my wife and I thought, no way in hell that would happen.

The flooring has just been fitted and amazingly, it was all completed in 1 day. Not rushed at all, and looks terrific! The guys even cleaned up after themselves and laid protection down, so there was no damage done. Took away all their waste. We disposed of the old carpet ourselves. Have a look at the photos - we've not painted the beading white yet (we specifically wanted oak beading which we will paint white to match the skirting) but the finish is so so so much better in real life than the photos put across. I cannot recommend Deckboard Hardwood Flooring Centre enough to anyone who wants a quality job done right, both in supply and in fit.

After discovering my builders hadn't ordered enough wood flooring and it had since been discontinued, I rang Deckboard Hardwood in desperation! Jacob was kind enough to take details of the requirements and ring around to see if he could locate some. Within an hour he rang me back, he had sourced the flooring and it was being delivered the next day. He was extremely helpful and really saved the day. Fantastic service.

Prices are very competitive and there are many grades of flooring to choose from. We have had both engineered and solid wood supplied and fitted and could not be happier. Jakob and Leslie couldn't have been more helpful when were were looking for a wood floor for the downstairs of our new house.
