We provide national coverage from our 20,000 square foot headquarters in Manchester and serve all sectors including leisure, retail, office, healthcare, education and residential with a complete range of decorative floor finishes including carpet, vinyl, rubber, safety floors and timber.
Newards has unrivalled experience in the leisure industry, our biggest clients for more than 65 years have been breweries and hotel chains, we have fitted carpets and flooring in thousands of licensed premises over the years and our 7000 square foot planning room and powered carpet seaming machines means no one is better equipped to deal with the narrow loom carpet installations still preferred in licensed premises.
Newards have carried out many large scale projects such as airport terminals and sporting stadiums in the UK these include a complete service for new build stadiums such as Bolton Wanderers and Oxford United to single stand refurbishments at Manchester United, Chelsea and Wigan, we have also carried out work at Aintree Race Course and Lancashire County Cricket Club to name a few.
Newards have successfully completed many projects within the education and healthcare sectors this includes PFI Projects. We have recently fitted all the floorcoverings to a new build primary school, this PFI project in Liverpool used a wide variety of floor finishes including smooth vinyl, safety flooring, timber and carpet.
Newards work for the countries leading house builders and developers, we are involved in projects that range from new build housing estates and loft apartments to bespoke individual properties. Our clients particularly like our storage facility where we can hold the materials for the whole development in stock for fitting as the properties are sold.
