They were wonderful. I was looking for some tiles they had in stock that weren’t available in another country (not being produced anymore). We explored whether they could ship them abroad for me and they went to great lengths dealing with their logistics partner. In the end, they even dug up a box of the tiles in question and another one of the newer one that’s replaced it and took a pic for me of the two next to each other. They had no issue with me going for the new one that I could get in Italy - they just said they were happy we found the solution together that was easiest, quickest, cheapest. All of this via WhatsApp, and in such a pleasant and helpful tone.

Fantastic experience in store. Huge selection of tiles to view in person. The customer service was fantastic, really helpful team and we felt comfortable taking our time going through each floor. They even went and got me a specific tea I asked for from the local Starbucks! Thanks again! I would highly recommend. The quality is high end and service top notch.

I don’t usually write reviews, but thought I’d jot a note here by way of gratitude for Hyperions ‘beyond expectation’ service. Had needed additional tiles that became discontinued. Over the following weeks, they persuaded their supplier to collect up remaining samples at various tiles shops around the country and amassed the 19 required to finish a job I’d miscalculated on. How cool is that?

The tiles i recieved are beyond imagination and one of the best tiles i have ever seen in the market, although they are expensive but as they say good quality comes with the price.
Their customer service is so good and helping and they call you not sending emails back and forth.

Hyperion Tiles in Ascot is our go-to for all our flooring needs & I recommend them whole heartedly. We first purchased some tiles from Hyperion several years ago for our bathrooms & they look as good today as they did then. Earlier this year we decided to tile our porch & replace the carpet in both our lounge & family room with some hardwood flooring. Our first thought was to visit Hyperion Tiles for advice. We were greeted by Brandon who was first class throughout. He was helpful in recommending suitable products for the job, kindly offered a discount for multiple orders, & was great in both arranging deliveries & sorting out any minor niggles. Both professional & personable, I would have no hesitation in recommending Brandon & the business overall. Our downstairs is now totally transformed - thank you to Brandon & Hyperion Tiles generally. Me and my partner received amazing customer service at Hyperion Tiles. We previously got let down by another tile company and we're left with no tiles a week before our project was due to start. We visited the store last minute in the hope we can find an alternative. Richard went above & beyond to help us source the tiles we wanted within the timeframe and was very competitively priced with the market, we couldn't be happier with the tiles and the service received. Amazing customer service from Hyperion Tiles. I chose the store simply because they had the best price available for the tiles I wanted. Unfortunately, as I went for two colours of the same tile, there were not enough in stock of the second colour. Brandon at Hyperion reached out to me immediately following my order to update me on this and would let me know if they would be able to get stock.
The following day I was updated, as they were unable to source for a few months, they sent me a number of similar options. We ended up picking one of these options and I actually prefer them to our original choice! These were sent out immediately and arrived in time for the weekend as we could get a tiler to complete this then. Such a great company to deal with! I only needed someone to cut my replacement floor tiles and no tiling company would help. In contrast they were super helpful, friendly and were more than happy to do it, even though it was a very small job! Also had a great selection of tiles in the shop. Excellent choice of tiles at their showroom in Ascot. We bought a 600x600 concrete effect porcelain tiles for our kitchen extension and they look amazing! Will be purchasing tiles from their Ca Pietra range when we finally do our bathroom. Excellent advice from Richard and after sale service. I Would highly recommend Hyperion Tiles.

After visiting a number of local tile shops and doing the usual online search my wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we walked into Hyperion Tiles. Located on Ascot High street, the shop looks very upmarket, however they have a range of Tiles to suit any budget. My wife found some tiles from Tops Tiles but they were way above our designated budget, Richard and his team worked with us to find an alternative tile that would give the same look and feel the wife was after.
In the end he found us a better quality and looking tile for a quarter of the price!. In summary the service is second to none, and they didn't push the most expensive tile that they could find (like some local business's) they seemed to want to give us value for money. Very happy with the service and product, highly recommend this shop best tile shop I have visited in the Ascot/Bracknell area.

I have known Richard for many years now, and have recently bought some more tiles from him for our two new bathrooms and one existing bathroom. As always, Richards service and professionalism is second to none, and I would recommend anyone needing tiles, new worktops etc, to go and see his amazing new showroom too : Now cant wait to see the tiles when they have been fitted in a few weeks time.!

We needed to source a worktop for our new kitchen, Richard at Hyperion offer outstanding advice and guidance in choosing the right one to suit our purpose at an excellent price and quality. The whole process from choosing though to fitting was very smooth and professional. Although, we did not require tiles for this transformation we will definitely be back to choose tiles in the future as they have a fantastic selection of the most gorgeous and exquisite tiles.

Huge selection from wood flooring to natural stone and a great selection of tiles too. Very informative staff and able to give a complete price for materials, delivery and installation. Materials ordered on Thurs, delivered the following Tuesday and the installation started Wednesday. Brilliant service and installation completed to an excellent standard, cannot recommend highly enough, thank you Richard. Will work with them again for sure.
