Can't thank Peter and Katie enough for organising the work on my 1998 Hummel to be done, it sands away like a new machine with all the new upgrades, Peter gave the machine a very thorough look through and an honest opinion on what it needed, and as Peter said it would sand away like new and be good for years to come. Very happy with the service and turn around on the machine. Hume hardwood flooring.

I ordered some Junckers Strong Premium from KHR.They sent me Junckers Strong. Acording to Junckers these are different lacquers - I checked the data sheets, they are different. (Please don't reply telling me they are identical - they aren't). I emailed KHR immediately to explain the mistake so they could arrange for a pick-up & refund but I heard nothing, the following day I emailed again, again nothing.

I phoned them & was promised someone would get back to me. Nope, nothing. So after another phone call I managed to get hold of someone. I really wish I hadn't. Whilst he admitted their website was confusing and they had sent me a different product he refused to conceed to any fault and would not agree to pay for return postage. I don't think I've ever spoken to someone so aggressive, rude and patronising.

Rather than try and resolve the issue he just ranted & ranted, continually interrupting me, shouting at me. His manner was so appalling I eventually had to hang up on him. An absoultely awful experience which I wouldn't wish on anyone. If you are going to sell products online, you must ensure clarity with descriptions and images. You must also admit you are wrong when you so obviously are and try to help the customer out instead of shouting at them. If this is how you treat your customers you are an absolute disgrace.
