Very happy with my new carpet. I had my hallway and lounge done in same style which makes a wonderful difference. The fitter was very professional and helpful. Would recommend and use again for remaining rooms. They are also best for price and quality in Gosport. Thank you Carper Fayre!

Bought a carpet today for my lounge so many carpets to choose from and amazed at the price. I would recommend carpet fare to anyone really nice staff would go back again.

I've just had my Hallway, Living room, Dining room and kitchen fitted with Karndean flooring by Carpet Fayre. I absolutely love my new flooring and Carpet Fair were absolutely fantastic, especially Daz and Matt. They worked non stop and were always on time and so polite. Their work along with all the other Carpet Fayre guys that helped was top quality.

They left everything so clean and went above and beyond moving some of my furniture back in place. I would highly recommend Carpet Fayre and we will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you so much.

My wife and I are absolutely delighted with Carpet Fayre. We wanted the ground floor of our house fitted with Luxury Vinyl Tile as we'd heard how good it is. Carpet Fayre came and measured up explaining in detail what would be involved as we had one concrete floor higher than the other wooden floors. We were then sent quotes for several of the LVT ranges so there was something to suit our budget.

The COVID lockdown of 2020 meant things were delayed and when the shop was open again a new date was set. The fitting took approximately 4 days due to the floor level issues but the chap that fitted it did an amazing job. From the screed to the ply wood and the feathering in. We cannot believe even he made everything. The floor now flows from room to room and you would never know how bad the floor level was prior to fitting. Thank you to all at Carpet Fayre and a special thanks to the fitter. We are delighted!

Terrible service. I visited this establishment with my other half, after one of their team came out to measure up (him not wearing or offering to wear a mask at any point). I was asked in store to wear a mask by one member of staff, which I then advised that I couldn't do so. 5 minutes later I was confronted again by a man that claimed to be the owner, he told me I had to wear a mask or to leave his shop.

I kindly explained to him that he would need to check what guidelines he is enforcing and was left to go about my shopping, however he then continued to ridicule me in front of other customers for my not wearing a mask. I do not wish to be singled out like this, nor do I find it necessary for the alleged proprietor to be enforcing 'guidelines' without any real understanding, and yet not expecting their staff to uphold such 'rules'.

First class service and an excellent price. Very pleased with fitting of 3 new carpets. Graham in the shop couldn't have been more helpful. Did what they said on the tin! Turn around time was great. Totally recommended.

Yet another fab job done in Kitchen and Wet room. I found from start to finish all in shop and those laying carpet and flooring to be very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend Carpet Fayre. Their prices are good and you get a 1st class service. Yet again a very happy customer as they have done all my carpets and flooring.

A small/medium sized independent flooring supplier providing a high standard of service at competitive prices. Friendly and professional staffs that care for their customers and the products that they sell. Pre and post sales support is excellent and they offer a full installation service. Supplier to the commercial and domestic markets. I am happy to recommend this business.
