Floor restoration
Specialist floor restoration services revive aged or damaged wooden floors to their original condition. We address wear patterns, stains, and structural issues through targeted repair techniques. Our expertise in historical and modern flooring systems ensures authentic results that maintain the character of your property while improving functionality.
Floor sealing
Professional floor sealing applies protective coatings that enhance durability and simplify maintenance. We use premium lacquers and sealants that create resilient surfaces resistant to scratches and moisture damage. This service extends the lifespan of wooden floors while maintaining their natural aesthetic appeal in both residential and business environments.
Floor staining
Custom floor staining transforms wooden surfaces with rich, lasting colour finishes. Our staining process enhances grain patterns while allowing for complete colour customisation. This service enables homeowners and businesses to achieve unique aesthetic effects that complement interior design schemes while maintaining the natural character of the wood.
Gap filling
Precision gap filling with resin restores uneven wooden floors by addressing shrinkage gaps and surface imperfections. This technique creates smooth, continuous surfaces that improve both appearance and hygiene. Our resin-based solutions provide durable, long-lasting repairs that maintain structural integrity while enhancing the visual quality of domestic and commercial flooring.

Great advice, good value and fantastic workmanship. Even fed our cats while we were away, and came back to do one spot that we hadn't properly discussed without quibbling. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Christian did an amazing job. Completely transformed the tired and unloved floorboards in our new house. They might be 60 years old but floor now looks like new. Great job!

Report
Christian of Sand & Sealed recently finished restoring our village hall main floor, stage flooring and meeting room floor. At the quote stage he explained exactly what he was going do, the duration of the work and cost. The final result was outstanding and both committee members and hirers of the hall have commented on the quality of the workmanship and difference it has made to the hall. Many thanks to Christian for a job well done!
