FRAUDS! DO NOT HIRE! This is a big scam. Charged me for 2.9 tog high density 9mm underlay. On the day, I checked the model on the underlay rolls on the Internet. They were trying to pass off the cheapest 2.3 tog bad underlay while charging me for the one I requested as a requirement. Secondly, replacement of the parts of the gripper requested was promised.
The 2 men who arrived loudly refused. I asked a second time; and still refused with a lot of verbal haranguing; I asked a third time, and lots of haranguing ensued. Left my place all ripped up. I had to tell them to get out and find a new honest and courteous vendor. We are now suing to get the deposit back.

I would recommend Darren and his team without hesitation. We finally decided to get our old battered floorboards replaced and the team did a fantastic job. They took time to discuss our project thoroughly giving great advice. They were a delight to have in our home and we have a beautiful new floor for Christmas. A professional and very honest local company. I'll be using them again for future projects!

One of the BEST subliminal print ads of all time, along with the slogan "Laid by the Best". I'd have gladly paid thrice the price to use them - but I didn't need to. Very reasonably priced, quality products, friendly, good sense of humor, and a brilliant, smart looking installation. They are your one-stop shop; you needn't go anywhere else. 4 stars because I NEVER give five and most get 2 or 3. Well done. 1 happy transplanted American.

Well what can I say, Fantastic job, First class. From start to finish this has been a pleasure, the staff have been more than helpful and nothing has been to much trouble. They have got there customer service perfect. The end Result is as good as the start I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. Do yourself a favour if you need flooring, laminate, carpet, call these people before you call anyone else. Thank you so much I will certainly be using you again.
