Operating out of a small shed in Balham, London, The Natural Wood Floor Company began to supply reclaimed and re-manufactured wood floors sourced from many old buildings in the UK, which were being demolished or refurbished at the time.

To really appreciate our products, it's always best to see our wood flooring up close, examine the wood and feel the quality of our designs. With over 140 display boards onsite, our showroom is packed with beautiful FSC hardwood engineered boards, solid wood flooring, parquet and chevron blocks, chevron boards and plenty of unfinished designs waiting for an individual, bespoke look (FSC-C109654). With parquet wood flooring firmly at the top of most wish lists, our range of hardwood parquet and chevron wood flooring is definitely worth a look.

We pride ourselves in being able to supply our own products, manufactured to European standards with full quality control over the whole chain of production, from seed to floor. This is almost unique within the industry, as most retailers of wood flooring rely on purchasing materials from manufacturers from all over the world, without the knowledge and assurance that the product is ethically sourced or made to last.

Most of the wood we use comes from The Natural Wood Floor Company in Wandsworth. They grow and machine all their flooring themselves. In fact they have their own sustainable forests in Romania, When you buy wood from them you can rest assured that it's been ethically sourced. Good wood but very poor service. Never write reviews but as I've had a bad experience, just wanted to share. Conflicting advice leading to wrong product purchased and floor having to be resanded. Told I could bring back excess then refused when I did bring it back. Great quality floor but do your own research and ask lots of questions because you cannot trust the advice you receive. Cheers

I did a lot of research before coming to see these guys, and was concerned that the central London location would make it be overpriced. How wrong I was, the product (engineered wood in my case) is great quality, and for a competitive price. However, what really sets it apart is the service. I came on two occasions and then ended up making a change to my order after a last minute change of heart. Kevin was not only incredibly knowledgeable and helpful but also unfailingly patient, courteous and kind.
When you are dealing with the multiple stress of house renovations, it really is a breath of fresh air to deal with people like this, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

The house we bought more than 10 years ago had solid wood flooring that we were told came from this company - and when we did some early renovations and wanted to match the floor - they had records that showed what we needed, and helpfully advised what to buy. Several years later we fixed up another floor, went back, and they recommended moving to engineered oak wood floors - and they look fantastic.
Now in 2021/2 - yet more renovations and guess what, called them up, they again matched the floor and even held back a delivery when we had some building delays. In a climate of seemingly hostile sellers with rising prises, it's been such a refreshing experience to call/email them, get solid advice and helpfulness beyond words. I can't recommend them enough!

Absolutely amazing and outstanding service by The Natural Wood Floor Co.! We came across this company by chance as they were delivering some floors in our area and we saw their van - decided to reach out to them as we were looking to have our floors done. We couldn't be happier to have done that - from start to finish, this company has been incredibly professional, staff are very knowledgeable on their products and were able to assist us every step of the process.
They are quick at answering, and can be easily reached over an email or on the phone. We had so so many questions and even after the sale, they went out of their way to answer in detail, make suggestions and offer solutions. Even beyond that, when we were left with unopened boxes of flooring due to over order, they did not hesitate to take back and even recommended we did, honestly letting us know that we could easily buy again some of the same flooring in future should we needed to for any reason.
